RETURN POLICY OF ARTWORK

I would not expect anyone to keep my paintings if they were not happy with them, therefore, all paintings are guaranteed to the satisfaction of the customer. You may return the artwork, no questions  asked, within two( 2) weeks. You will be responsible for the return shipping and handling fees, with insurance included.  Damaged artwork will not be refunded if no insurance was included with the shipping.  Please insure returned artwork.  Purchaser will receive a full refund of the cost of the Artwork less shipping and handling costs  as soon as Seller has received the Artwork back in its original condition. Purchaser is responsible for the costs of returning the Artwork to the seller. The refund will be given in the form of Merchandise Credit, which can be used towards purchasing another Painting within 6 (six) months of the original sale.

Copyright of the Artwork remains the property of Seller. Purchaser may not reproduce an image of the Artwork and may not, at any time, publish or submit for publication or reproduction any image of the Artwork to any third party, including any internet website, for any purpose.

PayPal - Bank payment or credit card. (Prefered method)
Cashier's Check or Money Order - Make checks or money orders payable to "Janice Jenkins"
Direct Bank to Bank Funds Transfer - This is a quick and safe method.  Jan will provide you with account and routing information.
